Artist's Comments

Today, after reinstalling my OS and setting everything up, I've decided to check out the MurrinaGlass theme from MurrinaFancyClearlooks [link] by ~WinGNOME-XP. I've been using themes from this pack for a long time now.

So I've downloaded TrueTransparency [link], copied ~WinGNOME-XP's skin, tried to load it... And nothing happened. Why? After a short investigation I've found the answer - the newest available TT version uses different skin formating.

So what now? No MurrinaGlass for me? No way, I'm not giving up. After a few hours of work (yes, hours, I didn't even notice when they passed), I've got MurrinaGlass working under TrueTransparency v0.9.4. Yay for me.

I have made two versions of MurinnaGlass:
[top] MurrinaGlass_mod with a thin (1px, full alpha) border around the maximized windows
[bottom] MurrinaGlass_mod-alt with a thick border, the same, as "normal" (or not maximized) windows
"Normal" windows act the same in both.

Personally I prefer the "thin" one, so the thick is called the alternative.
Don't know for sure how ~WinGNOME-XP wanted it to look, but I guess his creation was my thick version.

Hmm, I think I know. Maybe your file is corrupted. There is no ini files in there.
:iconbh42:
Just downloaded the archive to check, and... Yup, the .ini-s are there. Don't know why it does not work.

Also - I'm sorry it took me so long to reply.

okis, ya le hice mi propio archivo ini.. gracias! :w00t:

The ZIP file is corrupt. I see the .ini files but they won't extract. If you can't do RAR format, I'd get 7-Zip [link] (free) and re-up this as a .7z file. I'd really like to try it. Maybe I'll try the .ini files from WinGNOME-XP's pack.

Hmmm. I just used 7-Zip to extract this with no problems. I guess I should have tried that first.
:ashamed: Out of curiosity, what program did you use to create the ZIP file?
